Kristen Beckman is an expert recruitment researcher and innovative sourcing strategist with a career focused in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, and M&A searches. She has experience in both 3rd party and corporate recruiting. Kristen has a keen ability to identify, match and deliver on very specific recruiting requirements. She's extensively equipped with internet research recruiting techniques with the ability to concisely communicate career opportunities to a targeted audience. Kristen is a key contributor to the Rainmaker Recruiting Process as the team researcher and sourcer for all recruitment searches and projects. She earned her Bachelor's from Lee University in Communications and Marketing and is passionate about her involvement as a Volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati.
